The unit was about teaching productive skills (speaking and writing). I found the focus on especially creative writing activities useful since it has always been something I've neglected when teaching. However, I again had some problems with the test since I can imagine several ways to make the consecutive study phases work regardless of the activity I begin or end with. I hope I picked the correct sequence.I appreciate the tips to deal with potentially difficult classroom situations and have enjoyed this lesson and the rest in the course. Of course, much learning comes with experience, but I do feel like I have created a foundation on which I can begin to build my English teacher career. It is very helpful to have all the lesson PDFs on hand to refer back to whenever I need reminders, activities, and pointers!
