I found this unit particularly helpful regarding the Business English Section.
It was not rare that I lost my students interest when they were studying English Related to Their Profession/ Studies. Usually it takes place when I try to teach to much grammar or speak to technically. I think the best way to improve the lesson would be to do more role play with specific vocabulary taught during the Study Part.The first part of this unit relates to conditionals. Conditionals are sentences containing if or when and concerning past present and future tenses. It is important to understand the different categories of conditionals so as to use them correctly in the appropriate situations. The second part of the unit relates to reported speech. When reporting speech there are rules depending on the tense of the speech.
