This unit is very helpful for my future in Teaching English overseas. Learning the importance of receptive skills is vital to a teacher's success in the classroom. Before this unit, I was not aware that all of the receptive and expressive skills were equal. I thought that reading was the most important. This has opened my eyes to how important each aspect is.This was a very challenging unit but nonetheless, a good cure for bad habits. I would have appreciated more examples especially for the mixed conditional. The time lapse diagram was well annotated but more real examples would have been an added bonus. The teaching ideas were very good. I learnt that these time concepts will require patience and gradual steps.
