this unit has gone a long way to help me know what is expected of me as far as class disciplining and maintainance.i have also learnt how to effectively manage different class sizes and how to partition activities based on some characteristics such as class size,age and nationalities.i have also learnt alot on the dos and donts in ensuring an effective class management.Unit 18 really caused me to question my own grammar knowledge. I had to review the phrasal verbs section several times in order to fully understand. I can see how this may be difficult for students to grasp as there are not many rules that dictate them. It seems that much of English grammar rules are learned from experience and some cannot be learned from a book at all.
