Future tenses are challenging structures, especially when present simple, be going to and present continuous structures are added to the list of grammatical future tenses. It is an interesting topic, the most difficult part were the usages for each tense, their similarities make it a bit confusing. On the other hand, there are very useful ideas for teaching that can be implemented for future classes.I learned there are many ways to plan the structure of a lesson and so the lessons can be structured differently based on what topic is being studied that day. Also there are many varied activities to use in the different phases of the lessons. ESA (Engage, Study, Activate) is the method used by this course in planning lessons and does seem to incorporate many ideas of the methods used historically.
