Overall I've learned how to teach new languahenases on the ESA approach.Classroom management is important for the learning environment. Teacher will need to take into consideration the number of students, size of room and furniture. If a very large class then students should be in rows so that the teacher can easily be seen by students and teacher can see students. Learning the students' names is important to classroom management as well as eye contact, gesturing and how the teacher uses their voice.
