As a teacher, I will face many problems and this unit gave my great advice on how to solve them.
For the first lessons, I should focus on activities that will establish rapport between students, find out about the students, their needs, and their English level. I should also use warmers (short fun activities to get the students motivated).
If I teach a large class, I could pair/group students and appoint group leaders to make it easier to manage the class.
I might face reluctant students. If it happens, I could use pair work, controlled practice, role-play, or even a tape recorder.
