The main thing that i have learnt from this unit is probably something that i had learnt sometime ago the hard way. That the small things matter. There are many problems we face daily, some we are able to deal with others we simply can`t do anything about immediately. This unit however delved into the possible situations and gave realistic solutions despite every situation being of a different nature. This unit also reinforced aspects of other units on how to properly and effectively conduct a class. For that i am very appreciative. This being my final summary, i must say that dedicating myself for the past two weeks was not an easy task. However, i managed to stay the course with all the summer free time and completed the units. I am also very happy that i get to download and keep them for reference and reading pleasure.
