Unit 4 of the Teaching Business English course book outlined the topic of materials. It began with an examination of both authentic and non-authentic study materials and proceeded with how to choose and design these respective documents. The lesson then detailed how and why to design a lesson plan (following much along the same lines as in a TESOL course) using the ESA method. The chapter concluded with advice on how best to choose written resources in print and on the internet.Comparing the two videos of teaching lessons, I can conclude that establishing a good rapport between and among the students and teacher will have a result of better understanding. Being in a relax environment can sometimes more helpful and effective than being in a tight and unfriendly environment. In addition, the clarity and simplicity of words and ways of teaching will surely aid on a successful class and lesson activity as applied to whatever level of student leaning stage.
