From the test, I learned of a fun way to organize my lesson. Before this, I was having trouble coming up with ideas for a good boomerang lesson but the test showed a good example. The unit taught me about choosing a book for the class and that they actually should be used in courses (with changes depending on the needs of the class, of course), and that this actually saves a lot of time and energy. Books are useful because they generally have non-authentic materials which is good as the teacher doesn't have to spend time searching for them online or creating them. Books have to be checked before the course starts though so that you can make necessary adjustments and plans.
