This Unit was in part a summarization of previous units, going over young learners and business class models. It discussed the difficultit's that you are likely to encounter, ranging from short attention spans in the young learners to low discipline and motivation levels in business English learners who may only be there because of required attendance on their company's part, as well as different methods and mindsets to get the most out of your classes. As someone who has experience with each type of class, I think that the unit did a good job with presenting information that I learned first hand.
