This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:

This unit taught that a teacher's attitude and effort creates a healthy/happy or intimidate/oppressed learning environment in a classroom. Knowing the students name and introducing yourself (teacher) should be the first \"ice-breaker\" in his/her lesson. The teacher should always look friendly (smile as a simple gesture) and also be supportive and flexible according to the learner's level. Examples should always be given by the teacher every time he/she introduces new topics or new tasks in order for the students to have a clearer understanding of what they are meant to do. Teaching requires more social skills than just a simple good lesson plan!
