In this unit, I have learned how to create different materials for the students. I have learned the difference between authentic materials and created materials. The advantages and disadvantages of working with a course book, and what points to look for if I were to choose a course book for my students.it was nice receiving some general information about exam types and the values behind each exam. I am one of those teachers that are very 'pro' tracking progression; i believe any method of doing so is valuable. I think exams are more helpful for tracking the progression of larger classes in particular.
