This unit has less theoretical content than previous units bu the study materials were very interesting. It was challenging to think of authentic materials which could be used for beginners. So far I've been thinking of signs, directions, warnings which are usually succinct and not strongly grammaticalIn this unit I have learnt basics regarding past tenses (past simple tense, past continuous tense, past perfect tense and past perfect continuous tense). In short, we use these tenses to talk about things that started and ended in the past or things that started in the past and continue to the present.
