Unit 16 was about conditionals and reported speech. This unit is important because conditionals and reported speech are often utilized in conversation, thus are a necessity to be able to communicate effectively. The unit gave a grammatical breakdown of the various forms of conditional sentences, along with a similar breakdown of their reported speech counterparts.Structure is always important and the idea of Lesson Planning gives teachers a very strong ability to teach in a more coherent fashion. Students like process and learning becomes easier if they know how they will be taught. As with all procedures it is good to have a frame work and not stick to it rigidly as this will quickly turn against you in front of a class.
