I learned that a good teacher is kind, loves teaching, and wants to help students as much as possible. A good student is willing to learn and is knowledgeable about their own learning process, and is also willing to make mistakes and be corrected without being offended. The conclusion is that a good teacher is able to produce good students by motivating and being helpful to them. This lesson shows us how a teacher should act and what is expected of him/her. It also delves into what teachers should expect from their students and how to deal with them, by differentiating between young learners and their many levels, and adult learners and their greater willingness to learn from self-motivation.
