The unit outlines that there are three basic forms, past, present, future, with four variates to each. Plus, it speaks to the three 'sub' forms, positive, negative, and question, and then goes into the present tenses with examples, common errors, and suggested activities. I should do pretty will with this because I understand them, but just need to get used to the labels applied to each and how to best relate it to the students.I did not find this unit to be helpful. The unit did not explain the translation from phonetics to the standard alphabet very well. The phenome chart was incredibly unclear and confusing. The techniques for teaching pronunciation were helpful but I don't think that the phonetic translations should have been included on the test. There should have been a greater focus on how to teach rather than mastering the details of the unit.
