This unit is based on ESA demonstration on teaching. It shows the differences in two different classes one class is effective and in the other one teacher is purposely making mistakes so that we can easily identify which ESA structure we should follow and which not. The first video shows that the teacher is not that keen in engaging with the students and therefore students seem confused and are afraid to even give their answers as the teacher is a bit arrogant. Where as in the next video the teacher very well builds up a good rapport with the students and therefore they find it easy to grasp the lesson effectively.
