Teacher attitude was clearly different in the second lesson than it was in the first. Speaking clearly and concisely plays a large part in student participation. I especially enjoyed how the teacher slowed the pace of the second lesson, learned everyone's name, and wrote their answers on the board. In the first lesson, it was difficult to understand the teacher when he was mumbling his words and being ambiguous about what answers he was looking for. This unit looked at conditionals and reported speech. Conditionals are sentences where you use the word \"if\" to express different things. It divided the different ways to use if into zero, first, second, and third conditionals. It also looked at reported speech. It talked about the difference between direct speech and reported speech. It also gave a helpful table showing how to convert the different tenses used in direct speech to reported speech.
