Classroom management is such a huge idea for a new teacher to handle. It will surely take a number of years to fully get used to the ideas given in this chapter. And for me, theories would remain theories unless that particular teacher experiences it in class firsthand.
Managing classes will be more effective when the teacher fully understands how things work. For example: behavior problems. These will only be handled by the teacher once he or she understands the importance of school, classroom, and teacher rules, but experience is the best teacher. Like no matter how the teacher arranges the classroom or the environment, he or she would still not be able to fully manage the class in one day or even two unless there is already this thing called flexibility.
What I am trying to say is, the teacher who has learnt this chapter would still need experience and guidance from a school head or an experience teacher.
