This unit helped highlight things that I previously had not really thought of. How the structure of a classroom can change how dominate the teacher is to the students.
Also not having students answer questions in sequential order, rather mix up who answers next. This means that all students must continue to pay attention. This is something during the language lessons I attended that teachers didn't do and it meant that I and most others would count ahead to know which question we had to answer and therefore were not lessoning to previous answers as we were more concerned with making sure we were ready to answer our question.
Remembering that visual aids and gestures will help reduce the amount of Teacher Talk Time and that i could pre-prepare certain thing to allow me not to have to write on a white board.
Overall I found this a really interesting Unit.
