This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Unit 13 was discussing teaching pronunciation and phonology. The unit covered intonation and techniques for teaching intonation. This part was really useful specially the part of humming and singing parts of sentences to students which I think might be really an interesting way. The part of stress I found a bit difficult for young learners and might be easy for older ones. I also learned new ways of how to indicate stress. The unit was so informative but the piece of information about linking speech I found might be useful for natural fluent English but in my opinion something to be acquired naturally in advanced stages. However, articulation topic was so interesting. New terms were introduced and the whole topic was really useful and enjoyable to learn. In general, this unit was not easy but one of those I enjoyed studying.
