Unit 20 is troubleshooting. In this unit the teacher builds the relationships with the new students. A rapport. A way of opening up and getting to know the students and them knowing more about you. Then next is, warmers. Warmers is a fun way of getting students motivated and wanting to speak in english. Some examples are hangman, pictionary, tongue twisters, and emory games to get the wheels and gears moving. Some of the students will be at different levels within the English speaking language. So when you come across a student who is struggling, its a good idea to pair them up with a stronger student who will be able to help that student struggling when it groups.Many examples offered of what to do in large classes. What to do with reluctant students and difficulties with listening.
