In this Unit i have learned the different stages of teaching the teacher should use in managing their classes and how important it is for the teacher to understand some important differences he might be facing in each student as far performance, attention , personality and interest and how the teacher suppose to act in every single situation he might be facing inside the class when it comes to the need of helping the student in single or as group and being able to deliver for them the teaching materials inside the class and keep them interested in the subject, as well as being able to keep the harmony and respect and able to resolve any possible related conflict within the classroom.
