Having been an observer on numerous English classes in Russia the majority being Business English classes inside of usually factory setting I will commend you on your 'client' part of this unit, under the Business Class section. You nailed the problems as I saw them unfold, very good job. The 'needs analysis' questionnaire was excellent. Also, having set in on several individual teaching settings your explanations were very true and relevant. I enjoyed the teaching beginners, these guidelines will be very helpful to me since I have not seen or had any experience teaching beginners....good examples. The monolingual and multilingual had very good tips which I had never thought of. It opened a lot of materials and examples I will hopefully be able to use....good unit enjoyable. Thanks
