The unit covers the usage of course materials in the classroom. Obviously, the coursebooks are structured in a way that has been previously tested and proved effective. It's important to keep in mind that authentic materials are a better fit for more advanced groups of students, even though they can be more interesting and appealing.Unit 15 was a unit that talked about evaluations and testing. It gave helpful tips on how to utilize these tools to best check the progress of students within a vibrant and educational framework. Although testing and evaluations may be unappetizing from a teacher?s point of view, this lesson was a solid reminder of the crucial role they play in language teaching classrooms. If used properly, such evaluations can help a teacher pinpoint areas of improvement, and thus help students learn more quickly and effectively.
