I think this unit is extremely difficult to grasp and to teach, as a native English speaker, I have grown up learning to communicate using English without ever going through this approach, including systematically consider phonetics, nor the breaking down of whether the stress is, usually, it just came naturally as a way of communication, furthermore, native English speakers aside, I'm not sure most fluent English speakers are familiar with the part of the bodies relating to the speech, it is more similar to a science lessons on throat than a English lessons, and the explanation on how the parts are used to pronounce and pronunciation is also a bit hard to understand...

What I learned: When teaching vocabulary some of the things that should be considered is similarities of the students L1, how many words they already know, how to use those words correctly, spelling and pronunciation of the words...

I see that so much of the Reported Speech structure depends on context...
