this unit is aimed at helping the teacher know how to manage less performant class or large class and also how the teacher could help better the students skills an ability to learn how to handle writting listening and speaking comprehensions wjhen ever they are lacking , it encourages the teacher not to pressurise students who do not wnat to learn and it also encourages the teacher to always take the opportunity to know the level of englsih language skills of the students in his or her class, before involving the students in English activities when ever they are open to learn and making sure they learn together which means the teacher shouldnt forcus on some particular students in class but try as much as possible to involve every one to particpate through educative and collective games or songs if need be...
