In my opinion the placement test is the most challenging test, as if correct it'll give a steady progress to the student, if wrong conclusions were made it can result in placement in overly advanced class where the student will start to struggle and feel intimidated by other more strong students, resulting in loss of motivation, if placed in weaker group, the student will find the class too easy, what will make him bored and will result in waste of time as he will not gain any progress...

As a trained teacher with a strong foundation of behavior management, I did not find this unit particularly useful...
