Should I take a TEFL course online or in a classroom?

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

This unit on using a course book and the advantages and the disadvantages. Was really interesting, knowing now I don't have to completely stick to the course book. I can add more materials or focus on a particular point, makes course books not seem so scary and boring. But more helpful when needed. There are so many active ways to teach the English language. I found this interesting and practicals will make this easier to understand. Learning the grammar is the most important and this teaches you how to teach correctly so pupils would understand correctly. Eager to move along with the course.I was never aware there were so many tenses, never mind that these are only the present ones. This unit is quite challenging, but the categories make sense and reading this unit makes the value of the coursework clear. It is very interesting that in different languages there are different tenses.
